'Near me' search
A 'near me' search is a query where the searcher's location is part of the intent, either explicitly ('bike showroom near me') or implicitly ('Hyundai dealer Pune'), and Google answers it primarily with map and local-pack results.
'Near me' search in dealership marketing
Two-wheeler and used-car buyers in particular tend to search this way on their phones, often while already out and ready to visit. Winning the near-me search is therefore closer to winning footfall than winning a website click.
Ranking for it depends on the Google Business Profile, not the website's homepage: correct categories, a service area that matches reality, recent reviews, and photos that show the actual showroom.
